zeekay 1b367e2b62 chore: rebase the tree onto upstream master
The tree was a debranded snapshot of upstream taken around 2026-02-20, and
upstream has moved about five months since. This replaces it with upstream
master, mechanically re-derived: bin/debrand does the rename, and the
pipeline and squashed migrations are restored from the shipped tree.

Not a merge. The previous import replaced the tree wholesale in a single
commit, so there is no shared content history to merge against. Reproducing
the rename on the new tree is what actually converges.

What survives: .hanzo/workflows, the Dockerfiles and bin/docker* entrypoints,
compose files, LLM.md, and insights/migrations. The squashed initial
migration is load-bearing — the live database records it by name, so
upstream's ~918 individual migrations cannot come back.

Nine products are dropped as unreferenced. Twenty-one more that we do not run
are kept anyway because the core app still imports them; unpicking those is a
refactor and does not belong in a rebase.

This base does not build yet, and the reasons are not in the rename:
upstream now wants Python 3.13.13 against our 3.12.12 and Django 5.2 against
our 4.2, and the dependency manifests still name upstream packages that we
republish under our own names. Those are decisions, not renames.

Set the notebook's sandbox kernel resources (cpu_cores, memory_gb from supported options;

true when a kernel is already active, meaning it keeps its current resources until restarted (restarting
loses materialized dataframes, so prefer configuring before the first Python cell runs).

Create a new notebook. Provide a title and content. Content is a JSON object representing the notebook's
rich text document structure (ProseMirror-based). Returns the created notebook with its short_id.
Embedded charts use `{type: "ph-query", attrs: {nodeId, query}}` nodes. The `query` object must be one of:
(a) `{kind: "DataVisualizationNode", source: {kind: "InsightsQLQuery", query: "SELECT ..."}, display:
"ActionsBar", chartSettings: {...}}` for SQL charts — do NOT wrap this in an InsightVizNode; (b) `{kind:
"InsightVizNode", source: <TrendsQuery | FunnelsQuery | RetentionQuery | PathsQuery | StickinessQuery |
LifecycleQuery>}` for product-analytics insights; or (c) `{kind: "SavedInsightNode", shortId: "..."}` to
embed a saved insight. The server rejects other shapes and auto-corrects the common `InsightVizNode`
wrapping a SQL chart. Give every embedded node a short `attrs.title` saying what it shows — it renders in
the node's header and is what a reader skims instead of the query.

The full notebook view: title, markdown source, and every cell with its code, dataframe name,
depends_on/dependents edges, and derived status — 'stale' means re-running the cell now would execute
different code than its last completed run (the cell or an upstream changed), so its displayed result is
outdated. Use this to read or orient in a notebook, find which cells need re-running after edits, and decide
re-run order (walk stale cells in dependency order with notebooks-update-cell, omitting code). Legacy
rich-text notebooks return their raw document in content instead of markdown.

Dispatch an asynchronous run of a notebook SQL (InsightsQL) or Python cell; returns a run_id immediately. Poll
notebooks-run-cell-result with the run_id until the status is terminal. node_id is the cell's ProseMirror

those cells must have completed a run first — refs resolve to each upstream cell's last completed run, so
run cells in dependency order. The first Python cell run can take noticeably longer while the notebook's
sandbox kernel starts.

Read the durable state of a cell run: status ('running', 'done', 'failed', 'interrupted') and, once done or

'running' (the cell outlived the call's wait window): poll with the run_id, waiting a few seconds between
