zeekay e59a79d167 ee: remove the enterprise-licensed features this fork does not carry
Upstream's LICENSE carves out ee/ by LOCATION: everything under that directory is
enterprise-licensed, everything outside it is MIT. ee/ is absent from this tree, so
nothing here is enterprise-licensed -- but the code that imported it was a dangling
dependency on source we deliberately do not ship, and every one of those imports is a
request-path failure.

Deleted rather than ported: billing, salesforce enrichment, subscriptions, the eval
harness, session summaries, and the enterprise models behind them.

materialized_columns is the exception that is NOT a product feature. Column lookups now
always report none, so the engine reads the property out of the JSON blob instead of a
dedicated column. That is correct, just slower on large event tables.
