The dark primary button resolved to --color-accent, a grey face under a near-black label, where console.hanzo.ai renders its primary near-white. base.scss already declared --primary-3000-button-bg-dark: #fff for exactly this pairing; the dark block just never pointed at it. With Button no longer drawing a raised frame, the three --*-3000-frame-bg tokens had one consumer left: a selected thumbnail in visual review copying the button's `0 3px 0 -1px` shadow.
