zeekayandHanzo Dev 0eb123c085 Go 1.27.1, and the code it can say more simply
Modules declare go 1.27.1 and the build images follow. go fix applied the
modernizers: promoted-field keys in struct literals, maps.Copy, any and
range over int. omitzero is not applied, since it changes what the JSON
says.

// kms_authority_test.go — end-to-end coverage of the bootstrap pass
// with a sigs.k8s.io fake client and an httptest luxd stub.
//
// Asserts:
//
// - First boot generates the operator mnemonic Secret (data.mnemonic
// populated, no plaintext mnemonic ever returned to the caller).
// - Operator NodeID is derived deterministically from the same
// mnemonic + servicePath (re-running the reconciler with the same
// Secret yields the same NodeID).
// - kms-consensus-authority Secret is written with operator NodeID
// + luxd validators.
// - Service-mnemonic Secrets in the same namespace are picked up and
// their NodeIDs appended to the operators list.
// - Luxd unreachable → existing Secret untouched, error surfaced.
// - EnsureServiceIdentity is idempotent: second call returns the
// same NodeID without rotating the mnemonic.
