zeekay fbf017bf11 refactor: white-label support and module path migration ...

- Migrate Go module from github.com/luxfi/kms/k8-operator to
  github.com/hanzoai/kms-operator
- Make API_HOST_URL configurable via KMS_API_HOST_URL env var
  with fallback to kms.hanzo.ai (overrideable per-CRD or ConfigMap)
- Update default API endpoint from kms.lux.network to kms.hanzo.ai
- Update USER_AGENT_NAME from k8-operator to kms-operator
- Update all sample YAML hostAPI defaults
- Update PROJECT file with new repo/module path

The CRD API group (secrets.lux.network) is intentionally preserved
for the Lux white-label deployment.
