Per user directive 'no replicate sidecar is needed' + Base framework already ships plugins/replicate. Changes: - cmd/kmsd/main.go: replicate.MustRegister(app) after base.New() - go.mod: hanzoai/base v0.39.3 → v0.40.3, add replace for hanzoai/replicate - LLM.md: documents new KMS replication architecture Result: KMS StatefulSet runs a single container (kms). The Base plugin streams all .db files in /data to S3 automatically when REPLICATE_S3_ENDPOINT is set. auxiliary.db now replicated too (H-4 fix).
