zeekayandHanzo Dev 57c0f2592f livekit builds on the canonical lane, for both architectures
The image came from the legacy docker-build reusable, which defaults to amd64,
so ghcr.io/hanzoai/livekit has only ever been amd64 while its Dockerfile
already compiles for $TARGETARCH. hanzo.yml now declares the image and
hanzoai/ci's build door builds each architecture natively. The builder moves
to golang:1.27.1, what go.mod asks for, instead of fetching it at build time;
wire_gen.go is committed, so no generate step is needed first.
