zeekay e6cb0c9164 Fork superfly/ltx v0.5.1 to hanzoai/ltx

Uses hanzoai/lz4 instead of pierrec/lz4 to ensure end-of-frame detection
stays compatible with the LTX wire format. Module renamed to
github.com/hanzoai/ltx.
