Mechiel Lukkien c8840fa142 webserver: for http logging, log ip from x-forwarded-for as "clientip" and allow configuring autoconfig & mtasts endpoints as being forwarded 
most of this commit is from lupine in PR #381, for fixing issue #369,

    http: when logging http requests, use "remoteaddr" for actual tcp endpoint, and "clientip" for optional x-forwarded-for

    and tweak config option text for Forwarded.
