- Replace Drizzle ORM with PocketBase JS SDK in all API routes - Rewrite auth middleware to use Hanzo IAM + Base auth - Delete entire convex/ directory (59 files) and convex.json - Delete Drizzle schema and drizzle/ directory - Add Base collections migration (29 collections) - Update Dockerfile for Base binary + API + Web build stages - Update docker-entrypoint.sh for Base + API + Web startup - Update K8s deployment with PVC for Base data - Remove convex, drizzle-orm, postgres deps from package.json - Add pocketbase SDK dependency
