The forge runs the first of .hanzo/workflows and .github/workflows that exists. release.yml created .hanzo/workflows on 09-10, and from then on publish.yml and cicd.yml never ran: @hanzo/mcp 2.4.10 sat on main while npm served 2.4.9.
