- Cargo.toml: add metal feature (hanzo-ml/nn/quant metal) + accelerate - customconv.rs: gate entire cudarc/CudaStorage impl under cfg(cuda); non-cuda stub covers()->false, forward()->bail so taesd.rs builds on metal - main.rs: add pick_device() (cuda|metal via cfg-gated Device::new_*, else CPU); replace all hardcoded new_cuda(0) + MUSETALK_DEV matches; gate run_convbench cuda-only - core dub (TAESD enc/dec + UNet + VAE) + verify/realverify/bench compile with --features metal Co-authored-by: Hanzo Dev <[email protected]>
