## What?
#62528 caused test/e2e/app-dir/not-found/conflict-route to fail
compilation in Turbopack, this compiler error was previously already
reported by Turbopack but Next.js didn't show it, which #62528 resolved.
This PR changes the handling for the not-found handling to be consistent
between development and build, which ensures that the "special" page no
longer conflicts with app/not-found/page.js.
Closes NEXT-2617
Note: this is a reworked iteration of
https://github.com/vercel/next.js/pull/62585 which wasn't sufficient.

### Why?
We currently use `page` and `pathname` in different places for file
system paths (manifests can be in a different folder to the js entry),
this PR makes more things just use `page` directly instead of going
through `pathname`.
This PR also adds an entry key (similar to the webpack version) uniquely
identifying all entry points (and assets).
Closes PACK-2432
We switched to `pnpm` for testing instead of `yarn` for e2e tests
containing customized node_modules packages, it works with
`node_modules` folder before. Rename the existing `node_modules_bak`
hack to make it easy to test with.
Previously we use `yarn` but it will clean `node_modules` folder so we
have to use another script to copy packages, it's not a required thing
now so we can test package from node_modules directly without renaming
folders locally
Closes NEXT-2496
### What
Merges the package into the internal overlay.
### Detailed Changes
* Move `@next/react-dev-overlay` into next package and rename the import
paths.
* Fix the `getErrorSource` symbol issue, use `Symbol.for()` instead of
`Symbol`
* Extra `getErrorSource` into single lib as it's being used in a lot of
places, this will keep the same bundle size

- parsed stack traces (and error stack locations in js) have 1-based
lines and 1-based columns
- source map tokens have 0-based lines and 0-based columns
- babel code frames use 1-based lines and 0-based columns
This was not always respected. This preserves the 1-based lines and
columns in anything called a stack frame, 0-based lines and columns for
source map apis, and converts to babel’s format as needed.

## What?
Fixes one of the styled-components tests. Somehow the test that checks
the warning shows up without the transform is not showing the warning
but the transform is also not enabled, so I've skipped the test as it's
not important for stable.

This fixes 2 issues with app 404 pages.
1. The root layout in a group was previously ignored when hitting the
404 page.
2. The default app 404 page was missing the correct path for dev
`/not-found` so it would fall back to the pages 404 page.

This:
- Makes makes reporting hmr changes more accurate by emitting an
explicit start event and lowering the aggregation period for reporting
completed turbo tasks
- Parameterizes the aggregation period, allowing JS subscribers to
request different intervals, such as for the next-rs-api test
- Aligns path pattern with webpack by normalizing its layer names
- Fixes a bug in `drainAndGetNext` where the stream never could drain
past the first item
- Sends `client-hmr-latency` spans from Turbopack in both page and app
router pages

As Barrel Optimization might split one file into multiple different
modules, i.e. when you import different values from it, the target file
might be transformed differently, we can no longer rely on the file path
as the identifier of the client reference.
This fix adds a suffix (`'@' + this._module.matchResource`) to the
identifier so it looks like
`/filepath/file.js@__barrel_optimize__?names=Foo`.
Here's also a quick diagram to explain:

Fixes#57624. The recent issue was an unexpected side effect caused by
https://github.com/vercel/next.js/commit/305bb015060e82be3e6ae59a3d063c11a3e207f9,
which only affects specific packages like `@mui/material`.
The problem was that the entry file of `@mui/material` has `"use
client"` at top, which affects the compilation result to output
reference info only (when on the RSC layer), instead of keeping the
original export statements. And the fix here is to ignore all layer info
and React specific transforms here, as barrel optimization isn't related
to all these framework features at all. To keep all directives
unchanged, the SWC transform needs to parse and pass that info to the
Webpack loader.
This PR adds a test to ensure that `@mui/material` is working as
expected (less than 1500 modules compiled). Without this feature it'll
be ~2400 modules.
Closes NEXT-1793, closes NEXT-1762.
This uses styled issue titles and details introduced in
vercel/turbo#6535, which also moves "Module not found" messaging to the
title field for those issues.

With Barrel Optimization, we are trying to "shortcut" the import to be
directly pointing to the final target, as barrel files shouldn't have
any side effects. However, there could be `"use client"` and `"use
server"` directives which we can't ignore. Hence we must apply the
`serverComponents` transform of SWC to these barrel files too.

This PR fixes the passing of the `--inspect` option when calling Next.js with it. It's still not great because you need to target the next file in node_modules directly but I'll add a `next --inspect` option in the future.
This PR flattens the recursive optimization logic of our barrel optimization loader. So now if there're any recursive `export * from ...`, they won't be created as multiple individual Webpack modules, but optimized in one module.
With this change, we are running SWC transform to get the export map directly inside the barrel loader (instead of a separate loader rule). And that map is recursively calculated and cached in memory.
I also published https://unpkg.com/browse/[email protected]/ to give this a test. It contains 4 levels of 10 `export *` expressions, which is 10,000 modules in total. Without this change, it takes ~30s to compile and with this change, it goes down to ~7s.

The barrel optimization loader creates a virtual module to re-export
from the original file, which causes the situation that now there are 2
modules with the same resource but only one of them is the actual code.
When the code contains `"use client"`, the Flight plugin has to collect
its `buildInfo` and generate the manifest and client entry module.
However, we currently deduplicate module by resource in the traversal
logic to avoid unnecessary loops. To make it work together with the
virtual barrel module, we'll need to prefix the resource path to make it
different from the original module.

### What?
This PR fixes import source for turbopack's compiler.emotion config, mimics the current webpack configuration behavior.
Unfortunately this does not fixes the whole emotion transform with appdir yet, it looks like there are additional problems with server components.
Closes WEB-1655
### What?
`_devPagesManifest.json` and `_devMiddlewareManifest.json` will fail to load when using an asset prefix. In conjunction with i18n, this causes the app to get caught in an infinite load loop.
### Why?
We're expecting these paths to be exact matches but when there's an assetPrefix specified, they won't be matched.
### How?
This copies similar behavior to how we handle [`webpack-hmr`](https://github.com/vercel/next.js/blob/2e2211d27b3f0ff1cff5553453df4cf391996163/packages/next/src/server/lib/router-server.ts#L681) by doing a partial match on the URL when serving it
