Inspects the stream of rendered HTML in dev to make sure all required tags are rendered. Since navigating to a new root layout causes a full page navigation we don't have to worry about flight requests. ## Bug - [ ] Related issues linked using `fixes #number` - [ ] Integration tests added - [ ] Errors have a helpful link attached, see `contributing.md` ## Feature - [ ] Implements an existing feature request or RFC.
