a9492ffa12 chore: update typescript document path (#72482 )

## Description
At #72178,
[TypeScript](https://nextjs.org/docs/app/api-reference/config/typescript)
docs was moved.
So update the old URLs.

Basic export example

This example shows basic usage of output: 'export'.

Deploy your own

Deploy the example using Vercel or preview live with StackBlitz

How to use

Execute create-next-app with npm, Yarn, or pnpm to bootstrap the example:

npx create-next-app --example basic-export basic-export-app

yarn create next-app --example basic-export basic-export-app

pnpm create next-app --example basic-export basic-export-app

Deploy it to the cloud with Vercel (Documentation).
