zeekayandHanzo Dev b0b8df894f The Hanzo network's identity, as a node
A node is asked which network this is, what number that network is, where its
key lives, what it is called, what it binds, whether a genesis document is this
network's, and what rule its committee decides under. hanzod answers those.

The answers are compiled in rather than read from a file, because a node that
reads its own identity from somewhere editable can be pointed at a fork by
editing it. One number per network — network id and EVM chain id are the same
value, so a wallet and a validator cannot disagree about which network they are
on in a way that only shows up after something has been signed.

Nothing here restates a threshold. The proof of possession, the admission rule
and the quorum come from the consensus package, so what this node calls a
quorum is what every other implementation calls one.

and devnets, and any L1/L2/L3 chain descending from the Hanzo Primary
Network.
"Descending Chain" means an L1/L2/L3 chain built on, anchored to, or deriving
security from the Hanzo Primary Network or its authorized testnets.
