typescript 7.0.2 is the native compiler and exports no JavaScript API, so tsup's dts build cannot read it. It comes in aliased as tsgo and does the typechecking; typescript stays on the 6 line for tsup. 0 diagnostics before and after. moduleResolution moves from node10 (removed in 7) to bundler, which is what tsup already is, and ignoreDeprecations pins the 6.0 grace period for the baseUrl tsup injects into its dts pass.
