zeekay 917c1196ac fix: correct Go module path and broken identifiers 
- Module path: github.com/o11y/foundry → github.com/hanzoai/o11y-foundry
- Fix 'Hanzo O11y' (space) → 'HanzoO11y' in Go struct/func names
- Rename signozmolding/ → o11ymolding/
- All tests pass
