### Approach 
Referred to the linked issue in (#22) and reviewed Anthropic’s [MCPB
documentation](https://github.com/anthropics/mcpb) for required bundle
structure and manifest schema.

### Changes

- Defined a compliant `manifest.json`
- Added `assets/` directory for the SigNoz icon
- Updated `Makefile` to automate binary builds (macOS, Windows) and MCP
bundle packaging
- Ensured only `manifest.json` and `assets/` are versioned; by updating
`.gitignore`
- Documented build and installation steps for Claude Desktop integration
in `README.md`

### Notes for Reviewers 
1. **manifest.json** includes organisational related metadata that must
be checked. All links have been verified to the best of my ability.
2. **SigNoz icon** was sourced from the main SigNoz repository.
3. **Makefile** now includes a `make bundle` command to build binaries
and package the Claude MCP extension, this was done to make the process
seamless for end user.
4. `bundle.mcpb` was locally tested on Claude Desktop running on macOS
(Apple Silicon) with a mock SigNoz instance. **Windows testing** has not
been performed.
5. All tools were tested locally; however, the mock SigNoz instance
contained limited sample data, so only partial responses could be
validated.

**Please confirm if any changes are preferred in any or all of the
above, Feedback and suggestions are welcome.**
