zeekay d4e248128a ci: build this module on the native lane instead of the upstream one
Every job in .github/workflows called signoz/primus.workflows, the upstream
project's shared workflow repository. Those reusables resolve their own
runners, their own registry credentials and their own release tooling, none
of which this fleet provides, so the gate reported on infrastructure that is
not ours and could not run on the one that is.

Replaced with the canonical pair: hanzo.yml declares the gate, the caller
invokes hanzoai/ci. It compiles, vets and tests the module — the same ground
the upstream go-build, go-fmt, go-lint, go-test and go-deps jobs covered.

Not carried over:

- The dockerhub image publish. It pushed under the upstream project's
account from its release plane, which is not a destination this repo owns,
so no `images:` entry replaces it.
- The goreleaser binary release. It needed goreleaser-pro under the upstream
GORELEASER_KEY licence. That job was already unrunnable — it asked for
ubuntu-latest, which no runner here advertises, and referenced a
matrix.workdirs and an inputs.GO_VERSION that the workflow never defined.
- The safe-to-test label flow on ci.yaml, which existed to let a privileged
pull_request_target run fork code. Pull requests build directly here, so
the trigger and the label it gated both go.

# Canonical CI/CD config for hanzoai/o11y-mcp — read by the hanzoai/ci
# reusable (.hanzo/workflows/cicd.yml) and by platform.hanzo.ai.
#
# An MCP server over the o11y query API. The gate compiles the module, vets
# it and runs the suites; the reusable provisions Go from the go directive in
# go.mod, so nothing here pins a version that could drift from it.
#
# No `images:`: the image this repo builds today is published by the upstream
# project's own release plane, not from here, and declaring one would stand up
# a second copy of it under a name nothing consumes.
