Drop the Langfuse brand from o11y's own backend comments + LLM.md, mirroring the signoz->o11y product rename (o11y is itself a SigNoz fork that keeps signozapiserver internals). Comments/docs only, no functional change. Builds: go build ./pkg/modules/llmobs/... ./pkg/types/llmobstypes/... ./pkg/apiserver/signozapiserver/... OK; gofmt clean.
