datastoreDB read as 'datastore database'; the datastore IS the database. one name: Datastore(). interface + provider + mock + ~85 call sites, 1:1. also repins otel-collector v0.144.9 (force-deleted dangling tag from the debrand commit) to the real v0.144.13 (matches cloud), so fresh go mod download in the release graph resolves.
