  fix(agent-skills): clean only per-brand subtrees, never the whole out dir

  skills.py rmtree'd the entire --out dir before generating, which wiped a
  committed sibling like the cloud embed's catalog/.gitignore (that keeps the tiny
  ai fallback tracked while the full catalog stays generated-only). Clean only
  the / subtrees the generator owns.
