c4c7e42e36 feat(agent-skills): generate /.well-known/agent-skills discovery from the specs (#33)
skills.py derives the Agent Skills Discovery surface from the SAME per-service
openapi.yaml specs merge.py aggregates (reusing its registry loader, so internal
services are excluded identically). One SKILL.md per GET resource-cluster
(read-only by construction), white-labeled per brand (hanzo/lux/zoo — host,
issuer and name tokens in spec prose rebranded at render time so a Lux/Zoo
surface never leaks Hanzo), plus an index.json catalogue with a sha256 of every
skill file. Deterministic; --check drift gate; golden test wired into CI.

dist/ is generated at build/serve time, never committed — the commit carries
only the generator + its golden test.

#!/usr/bin/env python3
"""Generate the Agent Skills Discovery surface from the per-service OpenAPI specs.
python3 skills.py # write dist/agent-skills/ (all brands)
python3 skills.py --check # drift gate: regenerate to a temp dir and
# diff against dist/ (non-zero on drift)
python3 skills.py --no-services # master tree only (what the cloud binary embeds)
python3 skills.py --brands hanzo,lux # subset of brands
ONE source of truth. This reads the SAME per-service `<svc>/openapi.yaml` specs
`merge.py` aggregates (and reuses merge.py's registry loader, so `internal`
services are excluded here EXACTLY as they are from `hanzo.yaml`). It emits the
`/.well-known/agent-skills/` discovery surface — per the Agent Skills Discovery
convention: a per-skill `SKILL.md` (YAML frontmatter + a worked, injection-guarded
body) plus an `index.json` catalogue carrying a sha256 of every skill file.
Output layout (per white-label brand):
dist/agent-skills/<brand>/
index.json MASTER catalogue — every skill, all services
<skill>/SKILL.md every skill, flat (served by api.<domain>)
services/<service>/index.json per-service catalogue (a site self-serving its own)
services/<service>/<skill>/SKILL.md that service's skills
Determinism is a hard requirement (the `--check` drift gate depends on it):
everything is sorted, JSON is `sort_keys=True` with a fixed separator + trailing
newline, and no clock/host/random value ever enters a file. Regenerating is
byte-identical, so the sha256 digests are stable and verifiable by a consumer.
Skills are READ-ONLY by construction: only `GET` operations are surfaced (no
destructive verb ever becomes a skill), clustered by resource, top-N per service.
