`title` survived the `<svc>_` namespacing, so six schemas kept claiming the
name `Error` after the merge gave them six distinct keys. Every generator
prefers `title` over the key, so the duplicates collapsed into each other —
silently in most languages, and in the Rust codegen into a null model name that
aborts the build. Each per-service title only restated that spec's own key, so
dropping it on merge loses nothing and leaves the key as the one name.
vector: the point schemas the point operations already referenced — PointId,
DenseVector, NamedVector(s), and the record/struct shapes around them — were
named in `$ref`s but never defined.
