The 19 `compat`-tagged operations under `/v1/iam/<verb>-<resource>` carried a
summary naming the retired predecessor server (github.com/hanzoai/iam-v1). Hanzo
IAM is original work and is not derived from it, so the name described nothing
true about the operation. Each summary now reads "(legacy RPC verb)", which is
what the path shape actually is: the verb encoded in the path instead of the
HTTP method, kept for compatibility alongside the REST form.
CHANGELOG follows the same rule — "227 legacy RPC-style routes" and, for the
six iam routes with no live handler, "legacy swagger". Only summary and prose
text changed; paths, operationIds, tags and schemas are untouched.
