Multi-layer database abstraction (DB, Key, Query, Iterator, Transaction interfaces) with full SQLite implementation: WAL mode, JSON entity storage, json_extract filters with PascalCase-to-camelCase conversion, COALESCE for boolean fields, sqlite-vec vector search, multi-tenant manager, and 21 tests covering CRUD, queries, filters, transactions, and batch ops.
