zooqueen 8779ef3d78 the dev config names the components the binary has ...

CONFIG_FILE in the Makefile points here, and it still said clickhousetraces and
clickhouselogsexporter, so make run started nothing. All 10 components resolve
against the built binary now, as do the 9 in conf/default.yaml, which is what
the Dockerfiles ship.
