Three defects an audit found in published sources, each fixed at the source. A control-plane IP was printed in a paper the site serves — hanzo-platform's deployment section named the cluster's address, and the unified-harness paper named two. A reader does not need our addresses to follow the argument, and an attacker does not need to scan for them. Two defense papers carried 'Approved for public release; distribution unlimited'. That is a Department of Defense distribution statement, issued by a review office after a review we have not requested and did not undergo. We may publish these papers because they are ours; we may not claim a marking that asserts a federal authority reviewed them. refutation-driven-perf reported a ROCm decode win of 1.07x. That comparison was refuted on 2026-07-20: the llama-HIP build it beat was a weak one, and against a properly built llama on the same gfx1151 box we lose both phases — decode 0.91x, prefill 0.72x. Both are now in the table, marked open, and the two prose restatements of the win are gone. A paper about refutation cannot be the last place a refuted number survives. \textbf{The sovereign AI operating layer for the new American industrial base} --- factories, robots, vehicles,

sensors, drones, ships, and defense systems. We pair open-source AI, spatial 3D, robotics control, post-quantum
cryptography, FHE, and low-latency on-chain coordination so operators can \textbf{build, automate, simulate,
secure, and command} real-world systems --- factory floor to contested edge --- with no closed or foreign AI

{\large\textbf{Why Hanzo}}
\begin{itemize}
\item \textbf{Sovereign industrial cloud} --- self-hostable agents, models, tools, memory, IAM/KMS, audit, and deploy; cloud, factory, edge, or air-gapped.
\item \textbf{Spatial 3D + robotics} --- digital twins, perception, simulation-to-field, fleet coordination, low-latency control, edge inference.
\item \textbf{Low-latency machine coordination} --- on-chain identity, provenance, command logs, encrypted state, settlement, multi-party trust.
\item \textbf{Post-quantum + FHE-native security} --- PQC for comms and identity; FHE to compute over ciphertext (coalition analytics, sealed telemetry).
\item \textbf{Agentic engineering + cost collapse} --- modernize a contractor's stack in place: fewer services, lower cost, sovereign and auditable.

{\large\textbf{The proof}}\quad\textcolor{hzgray}{\footnotesize Regulated capital-markets modernization --- FINRA/SEC-approved, SOC\,2 (client anonymized)}
\vspace{2pt}
A regulated capital-markets modernization showed what the agentic stack can do. By the platform's own engineering
audit: \textbf{334 repositories}, \textbf{31{,}058 commits}, \textbf{15{,}294} from Hanzo's agentic CTO workflow,
and \textbf{114M raw git-log lines} --- spanning framework-wide refactors, dependency upgrades, automation, and
production code --- in an \textbf{81-day} window, measured at \textbf{\$0.0006 per line} by the audit's
methodology. The same modernization cut cloud spend \textbf{$\sim$90\%} (\textbf{$\sim$\$35K/mo to $\sim$\$3.5K/mo,
$\sim$\$380K/yr}), consolidated \textbf{200+ microservices (57 core) into 3 binaries}, and closed
\textbf{93 security findings} --- into a
SOC\,2 / FINRA/SEC-regulated production environment on post-quantum crypto, FHE, and native-GPU on-chain systems.

\textbf{Why this matters for defense contractors:} Hanzo modernizes approved legacy stacks with a smaller team,
faster iteration, lower cloud cost, fewer services, stronger auditability, and post-quantum / FHE-native security.
