\section{Unified Deployment Model}
\label{sec:deployment}

\subsection{Kubernetes Operator}
The Hanzo Platform Operator manages the entire stack via 18 Custom Resource Definitions:

\begin{tabular}{@{}ll@{}}
\toprule
CRD & Manages \\
\midrule
\texttt{HanzoIAM} & Identity provider \\
\texttt{HanzoGateway} & API gateway \\
\texttt{HanzoBase} & Application runtime \\
\texttt{KMSSecret} & Secret synchronization \\
\texttt{HanzoBucket} & Object storage \\
\texttt{HanzoVector} & Vector search \\
\texttt{HanzoInsights} & Analytics \\
\texttt{HanzoCommerce} & Payment processing \\
\texttt{HanzoEngine} & AI inference \\
\texttt{HanzoAgent} & Agent orchestration \\
\texttt{HanzoSQL} & PostgreSQL cluster \\
\texttt{HanzoKV} & Valkey/Redis cluster \\
\texttt{HanzoIngress} & L7 load balancer \\
\texttt{HanzoStatic} & Static site serving \\
\texttt{HanzoSearch} & Full-text search \\
\texttt{HanzoPubSub} & Event bus \\
\texttt{HanzoWebhook} & Webhook delivery \\
\texttt{LuxNode} & Blockchain node \\

\subsection{Single-Command Deployment}
A complete stack deployment:
\begin{lstlisting}[language=YAML,caption={Minimal Hanzo stack deployment.}]
apiVersion: hanzo.ai/v1
kind: HanzoPlatform
metadata:
name: production
spec:
domain: example.com
iam:
providers: [google, github, email]
mfa: required
gateway:
replicas: 3
base:
collections: [users, products, orders]
kms:
backend: aws-kms
vector:
dimensions: 1536
metric: cosine
engine:
model: qwen3-72b-awq
gpus: 2
insights:
brand: default
node:
network: mainnet
chains: [C, D, G]
\end{lstlisting}
This single manifest deploys 12 services with correct inter-service wiring, TLS certificates, health checks, resource limits, and IAM policies. The equivalent point-solution deployment requires approximately 45 separate configuration files across different tools (Terraform, Helm, docker-compose, vendor dashboards).
