zeekay 9b4cbda65d Add compute-market series: substrate, verification and economics
Eight papers covering what a decentralized market in heterogeneous compute
needs from a cryptographic and serving substrate, and where the joint surplus
with a market operator actually comes from.

residency personalized agents give compute memory; adapter locality as a
price term, and the serving primitive that separates a 175-
accelerator deployment from a 2-accelerator one
equality bit-reproducible work verifies at O(1) against a canonical, making
determinism a job attribute the market prices
soundness six verification tiers with honest cost models; soundness is a
demand-side parameter, not a protocol constant
retrofit hybrid post-quantum identity and key exchange added to a live
protocol without a fork, from two shipped deployments
custody escrow and payout where the private key never exists, behind a
           signer-agnostic assembler boundary
search Las Vegas workloads verify for free; the grind-selection rule and
why container choice can dominate cryptography
clearing exchange mechanics: feasibility before price, four order types
including rent on state, cache as perishable inventory
surplus four sources of joint surplus, sized, with a risk register
