zooqueen a3b2c12212 Type on the papers site is Zen, mounted from the design system
The site declared its own faces through next/font/google and pointed
--font-sans/--font-mono at them, which put a third-party family on a Hanzo
surface and made every first visit a render-blocking request to a host we do
not control.

@hanzo/design/tokens/fonts.css already declares Zen and Zen Mono as @font-face
and fills those two token names. Importing it unlayered outranks Tailwind's own
@layer theme defaults for the same names, so the contract the components read
is unchanged and the faces now ship with the build.

Form controls and code/pre are stated explicitly: neither inherits the family
from body, so both were drawing in a UA face.
