Restructure the 12-page monolith into one paper per concept, each self- contained and teachable (concrete failure -> concept -> repo code -> eval for that concept only), with hanzo-kernel-dsl.tex slimmed to a ~5-page umbrella that cites the six rather than inlining their depth. Each fact lives in exactly one paper (DRY).
