The forge reads .github/workflows natively and github.com reads nothing else, so one directory serves both planes instead of two conventions that disagree about which one is live. The reusable in hanzoai/ci already lives there, so a caller naming that path now resolves to a file that exists. Rebased onto main, where the CI/CD caller was added at .hanzo/workflows/cicd.yml. This rename covers ci.yml only, so that caller stays where it was written: its own comment says a caller under .github/workflows cannot be scheduled on github.com, which is the same reason it names the .hanzo path.
