zeekay 58e194f013 normalize structure: unified personas/<slug>/ directory layout

- Move 703 JSON profiles from profiles/<name>.json → personas/<name>/profile.json
- Remove profiles/, personalities/, framework files (schemas, scripts, tools, examples)
- Framework code now lives in hanzoai/persona; this repo is data-only
- Add index.js with list(), get(), getProfile(), getPersonaMd(), all() API
- Update package.json as @hanzo/personas with proper exports
- Clean README with usage docs and category breakdown

712 personality profiles for AI agents, grounded in personality psychology.

Install

npm install @hanzo/personas

Usage

import { list, get, getProfile, getPersonaMd } from '@hanzo/personas'

Each persona lives in personas/<slug>/:

PERSONA.md

Rich persona with 30 NEO PI-R trait facets, HEXACO honesty-humility, productive role mapping, cognitive style, working patterns, values, and documented quirks sourced from primary materials.
