zooqueen b7f7370712 Name the mark and the tab icon by a path verdaccio can actually read
Both were addressed as basenames in the theme's static dir, and neither
is read from there.

The logo is resolved against the process CWD (/opt/verdaccio), so
"hanzo-mark.svg" pointed at a file that does not exist; verdaccio drops
an unreadable logo to undefined and renders logo:"" with no mark and no
error. The tab icon never consults the theme at all — an app-level route
for /-/static/favicon.ico answers ahead of it and streams web.favicon,
which was unset, so the stock icon inside verdaccio won every request.

Both now name an absolute path under /verdaccio/web, which verdaccio
reads itself and republishes under /-/static/. One home, outside the
theme package, so a verdaccio bump cannot move it.
