zooqueen 8a81b0815d Serve the Hanzo mark and tab icon from the registry itself ...

The web UI shipped the stock theme: the vendor's icon in the header, its
favicon on the tab, and its green as the primary colour.

web.logo/logoDark take a basename that verdaccio resolves to /-/static/
,
so the mark ships as a file in the theme's static dir rather than a remote URL —
production serves no third-party CDN. The tab icon has no config knob at all:
the rendered
names static/favicon.ico literally, so that file
is replaced in place. Both marks come from @hanzo/logo, unmodified.
