* Typings: get rid of "| void" return values

These are not very useful, because the "void" half can never be used.
For `next()` and `prev()` this now declares the actual return value,
`undefined`. For `each()` and `walk*()`, this declares different
overloads for callbacks that do or do not return booleans.

* Typings: Node.raw() returns string | undefined

* Container.every() and .some() don't take thisArg

* parse: avoid re-resolution of "already absolute" file paths

On windows, when calling `postcss.parse` providing it with a posix-style absolute file path (e.g. running against an in-memory fs) leads to the `from` field being resolved to a windows-style path.

For example, the file from path `/a/b/c` gets resolved to `C:\\a\\b\\c`, which doesn't exist in my case.
