Randy Syring b8cd4703fd Add FreeTDS headers and library for nix_32 ...

FreeTDS Configuration
---------------------

./configure --disable-odbc --disable-apps --disable-server
    --disable-pool --with-tdsver=7.1 --prefix=/some/tmp/prefix

I didn't have to do any workarounds for the 32-bit build like I did
for the 64 bit build.
