feat: Complete hanzo dev chat-first REPL with multi-orchestrator support

- Support for multiple orchestrators (GPT-5, Codex, Claude, local models)
- CLI tool integration (OpenAI CLI, Claude Desktop, Gemini CLI, Hanzo IDE)
- System 2 thinking with critic agents
- Comprehensive test coverage with real AI validation
