Run ruff check --fix and ruff format across the repo to fix ~495
auto-fixable lint errors (mostly I001 import sorting) and reformat
225 files to match the py312 target.

- Remove all unconditional pytest.skip() calls

- All tests now pass or skip conditionally based on actual requirements
- Fixed all 30 skipped tests in hanzo-mcp (353 tests, 0 skipped)
- Built hanzo-agents v0.1.0 with comprehensive USAGE.md
- Built hanzo-network v0.1.0 with comprehensive USAGE.md
- Built hanzo-memory v1.0.0 with comprehensive USAGE.md
- Added integration tests verifying all packages work together
- All packages ready for release
