- Add root-level mkdocs.yml with comprehensive navigation
- Create docs/ directory with:
  - Getting started (installation, quickstart)
  - MCP tools documentation (shell, browser, memory, etc.)
  - Agent SDK documentation structure
  - API reference stubs
- Update GitHub workflow to build from root mkdocs.yml
- Add Material theme with dark/light mode toggle

The docs site will be available at hanzoai.github.io/python-sdk/
