Python package that downloads and installs the Rust hanzo-node binary for the current platform (macOS/Linux/Windows, x64/arm64). - Detects platform and downloads appropriate binary from GitHub releases - Installs to ~/.local/bin (or %LOCALAPPDATA%\hanzo\bin on Windows) - CLI commands: install, uninstall, upgrade, status, run - Passes through to actual binary when installed
