zeekay 69def5b993 fix: Fix hanzo-mcp test timeout issues 
- Added proper mocking to LSP tool tests to prevent subprocess hangs
- Mocked asyncio.create_subprocess_exec calls in all LSP tests
- Fixed version assertion in test_hanzo_mcp_local (0.7.7 not 0.6.13)
- Tests now complete in ~18 seconds instead of timing out at 5 minutes
