zeekay 6c6f4b163a fix(mcp): simplify agent tests to match actual API 
- Remove tests for non-existent AgentTool attributes (AGENTS, _mcp_config, etc.)
- Update uv.lock with latest package versions
- Keep only basic tool creation and registration tests
