zeekay eb4e394d41 fix: Remove pyaudio from required dependencies to fix CI 
- Made pyaudio truly optional in hanzo-repl voice extras
- Pyaudio requires portaudio system library which is not available in CI
- Users can manually install pyaudio if they need voice features
