- hanzo-tools now contains core infrastructure (BaseTool, ToolRegistry, etc.) - hanzo-tools-core becomes a thin backwards-compat wrapper - All tool packages now depend on hanzo-tools>=0.3.0 - Reduces package count and simplifies dependency tree
