zooqueen ce106ab5a8 docs: drop the hanzo/iam integration section — IAM does not use this server ...

Two things were wrong in one section. hanzoai/iam is original clean-room
work, not a vendor fork; the derived identity server was hanzoai/iam-v1 and
it is retired. And current IAM has no key/value session store at all —
internal/oidc/challenge.go keeps login-challenge state as a server-side row
in the entity store, and the word "redis" does not appear anywhere in its
serving path.

So the section documented a dependency that does not exist, using the
retired server's conf key (redisEndpoint). Nothing to rename here; the
integration is gone, so the section and its related-repositories entry go
with it. Console and llm keep theirs — those are real.
