zeekay c91fa3f0ec ci: build gate on the forge; drop the GitHub-hosted workflows
The forge reads .hanzo/workflows and this repo had none. CI moves to the
canonical caller plus hanzo.yml, whose one gate builds redis the way the
Dockerfile does — make BUILD_TLS=no MALLOC=libc — and runs the binary.

Six of the deleted files were already inert here: daily, external, codecov,
codeql-analysis, coverity and redis_docs_sync all carry
`if: github.repository == 'redis/redis'`, so they skipped on this fork.
The rest:

- ci.yml: upstream's ubuntu + macos build matrix, on GitHub-hosted labels no
  runner in this fleet answers.
- spell-check.yml, reply-schemas-linter.yml: upstream repo automation on the
  same labels.
- workflow-sanity.yml: triggers only on .github/workflows, which is gone.
- deploy.yml: pushed this build to ghcr.io/hanzoai/memory, the image name of
the separate @hanzo/memory service. Its last run failed and no manifest
  consumes the tag.

Not carried over: the tcl suite (make test), since the runner image has no
tclsh, and the sanitizer, valgrind, 32-bit, arm and macos coverage the
upstream matrix ran on GitHub-hosted machines.
