native-preview is a 7.0.0-dev line BEHIND stable 7, so it was never the native
compiler this repo thought it was running. Removed, and `typecheck` now calls
`tsc` — under 7 stable, tsc and tsgo are literally the same Go ELF, so tsgo was
a second name for one thing.

Stable 7.0.2 was tried and reverted, on evidence:

  $ node -e "const ts=require('typescript'); \
      console.log(Object.keys(ts).join(','), typeof ts.parseJsonConfigFileContent)"
  version,versionMajorMinor undefined

TypeScript 7 ships no JS compiler API. Next reads compilerOptions.paths through
ts.parseJsonConfigFileContent, so `next build` lost every `@/…` import
("Module not found: Can't resolve '@/components/search'") and dropped its
type-check step without a word. The sources themselves are 7-clean — `tsc
--noEmit` on 7.0.2 exits 0 — so this is Next's API dependency, not ours. 5.9.3
until that changes; css.d.ts is the one declaration 7 additionally wanted
(TS2882) and is harmless on 5.

// A global stylesheet is a side-effect import the bundler resolves, so it has
// no type to find. TypeScript 7 reports that as TS2882; this is the declaration
// it wants. Next types `*.module.css` itself — this site has no CSS modules.
declare module '*.css';
